The ASCP Mentorship Program connects ASCP members for professional guidance and support. The mentorship program connects individuals with specific skills and experience (mentors) with individuals looking to grow in their careers by learning from others (mentees). Mentors will guide mentees in improving desired skills, advancing in the lab, and connecting with others outside of their lab.
After creating a profile, you’ll be able to browse and connect with potential mentors and mentees in the network. You can connect with anyone regardless of location, they don’t need to live near you. Most mentorships last for a year, but you’ll have flexibility to decide. We’ll provide tips and guidelines along the way to help ensure your mentorship is a success. It takes less than 5 minutes to get started.
